How long will it take to receive my order after I have placed it?

Typically, packages arrive within 10-30 business days of you receiving tracking information. Items will leave our warehouse 2-5 business days after an order is placed and you will receive tracking information for your order.

Please note you might not be able to track your order once we send your the ID, it takes time for it to update.

Your tracking information may show the same status for 2-7 days until it clears the appropriate customs in your respective country. After clearing customs you will see your tracking information update regularly. If there are any additional issues with your tracking after 7-10 days please email us at sales@dogface.store

Do you have a store locally in my country?

No, currently we are only an online business! Our main priority is to provide you with a much more convenient and better shopping experience with unique products that you won't find at your local store! If you have suggestions please contact us! We love feedback!

Do you charge cancellation fees?

Any order can be cancelled with a full-refund if we are contacted within 24 hrs and prior to shipping. If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled after 24 hours or after it has been shipped, we will provide a refund only after you have shipped the parcel back to us  - within 10 business days of receiving it and for a valid reason.  The item must be in new condition and not show any signs of wear or damage.

Where do your items come from?

Our items come from several regions of the world. We have warehouse locations in the U.S. and Asia. Items may be shipped from either location.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship WORLDWIDE for FREE!

If there is an issue with shipping to your country we will let you know immediately and find a solution.
